Michelle Coston

SDAEYC is pleased to announce that we have a new Family Child Care Committee Chair! Michelle Coston would like to form this committee in order to reach out to other Family Child Care providers and to get feedback from those of you who are in the trenches. She would like to hear from Family Child Care providers about what you need, how to help you combat isolation and when you would like to schedule meetings and workshops so that you can attend.

Michelle Coston has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development from San Diego State University and an Associate of Science Degree from Cuyamaca College. She currently holds a Program Director's Permit from the California Commission of Teacher Credentialing and acts as a Professional Growth Advisor as well as a San Diego CARES Advisor. She has been trained in FCCERS, ITERS and ECERS as well as other trainings in topics too numerous to list. Michelle is more than happy to assist you in your professional and educational development as a Family Child Care Provider.
